Price Negotiation Only

Remote dealer negotiation to secure the best out-the-door price on a specific vehicle. We contact dealers by phone, email, and portal using invoice data, holdback intelligence, and competing offers to compress their margin.

What It Is

The service in plain language.

Price Negotiation Only covers the vehicle price negotiation and nothing else. We work from dealer invoice, manufacturer holdback, regional incentive programs, and days-on-lot data to determine the lowest defensible offer, then pursue it across multiple dealers simultaneously. You receive a deal at the best available price; the F&I office is not covered by this engagement. Optional transport coordination is available as a separate add-on for clients who want the vehicle delivered directly.

Why It Matters

The problem it solves.

Not every buyer needs full concierge coverage. If you have prior experience in the finance office, understand the products being offered, and are primarily concerned with the vehicle selling price, the Price Negotiation service delivers targeted value at a lower cost. It is also appropriate for buyers purchasing with cash or through their own lender who have already secured financing independently.

The Process

Step by step.

01
Intake & Vehicle Confirmation

We confirm the specific vehicle — year, make, model, trim, color, and any option packages. The more specific your requirements, the more targeted our dealer search.

02
Market Analysis

We pull current invoice pricing, dealer holdback, regional manufacturer incentives, and local inventory levels to establish our negotiating position before the first call.

03
Multi-Dealer Negotiation

We contact multiple dealers with the specific vehicle in inventory, present competing offers across stores, and push for the lowest out-the-door price the market will support.

04
Deal Presentation

We present the best deal secured — selling price, dealer fees, and any applicable incentives or rebates applied correctly. You review and decide.

Right Fit

When this is the one.

Price Negotiation Only is the right engagement when the vehicle decision is already made and the remaining work is purely commercial: you know the year, make, model, and trim, and you want the out-the-door number driven to the floor by someone negotiating across multiple stores at once. It suits cash buyers and buyers with their own credit-union approval — situations where the finance office holds less leverage — and experienced buyers who are comfortable handling the F&I menu themselves and simply don't want to spend a week trading calls with sales managers. It's equally effective on in-stock vehicles and factory orders, and the multi-dealer structure works whether the nearest competing store is across town or three states away.

When It Isn't

Consider a different path.

If you haven't settled on the specific vehicle, or you want financing verified and the contract reviewed before signing, the Full Purchase Concierge covers the whole arc for a single flat fee. If the price is done but the finance office worries you, add a Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation — it's the half of the transaction this service deliberately leaves out. And if the purchase already happened, negotiation can't help — but the F&I Audit can still claw back what the finance office added.

Whichever engagement fits, the ground rules never change: one flat fee, paid by you and disclosed up front — we take nothing from dealers, lenders, or product administrators, so there is no version of the deal where our incentives drift from yours. Every number we negotiate or verify is presented to you before anything is committed, every recommendation comes with the reasoning attached, and nothing gets signed, ordered, or paid until you say so. The engagement letter states scope and fee in plain language; if your situation changes mid-engagement, the refund terms in our Refund Policy apply exactly as written.

Questions

About this service.

Why isn't F&I review included?

The F&I review is a distinct service that requires separate document review, product knowledge, and post-signing support. Bundling it into the price-only engagement would require charging accordingly. If you want full coverage, the Full Purchase Concierge is the appropriate service.

Can I add F&I review after I've already engaged for negotiation only?

Yes. If after completing the price negotiation you decide you want F&I coverage, we can discuss adding a Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation before your finance office visit. Contact us to discuss pricing.

Does this work for certified pre-owned vehicles?

Yes. CPO vehicles at franchise dealers are negotiable — both on price and on the F&I products presented during the financing process, though the latter is not covered under this engagement.
