When you scroll near a reviews section, your browser loads a script from elfsightcdn.com that retrieves review content from Elfsight's servers and reviewer profile photos from Google's content delivery network. In the course of serving this content, Elfsight may receive your IP address, browser type, and approximate location, and may use cookies for widget functionality and anonymized usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Turnstile (provided by Cloudflare, Inc.) as a bot-protection mechanism on our intake, audit, and consultation request forms. The Turnstile script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com on every page of this website so that the protection is ready when a form is submitted. In delivering this challenge, Cloudflare may receive your IP address, user-agent string, basic device and browser characteristics, and limited behavioral signals (such as cursor movement, timing, and interaction patterns) for the sole purpose of distinguishing legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising, cross-site tracking, or any purpose unrelated to bot detection, and the data is not linked by Negotiated LLC to your identity beyond what is necessary to validate a form submission. Cloudflare also acts as a sub-processor of Elfsight in connection with the Google reviews widget described above, serving bot-protection challenges for that widget. The data Cloudflare may receive in that role is the same as described in the preceding paragraph and is governed by the same Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Analytics and embedded-content data from these services is used solely to understand site usage patterns, display third-party reviews, and improve site performance. None of this data is used for advertising or linked to your personal identity.
Data Retention
We retain client engagement records for three years following the completion or termination of an engagement, consistent with standard business record-keeping practices and applicable New Jersey law. If you would like your information removed from our records following a completed or cancelled engagement, contact us at legal@getnegotiated.com with a deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.
Deletion of Personal Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. To submit a deletion request, email legal@getnegotiated.com with the subject line "Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain records where required by law or where necessary to complete an active engagement.
Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court order, subpoena, or government investigation. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals to websites. We do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to Do Not Track signals. Because we do not use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking, this has no practical effect on your experience.

Specifically, we use your contact information to reach out regarding your inquiry, your vehicle details to prepare for dealer negotiations on your behalf, and your email address to send engagement confirmations and updates.

Information Sharing
In the course of conducting a negotiation on your behalf, we necessarily communicate with automotive dealers and financing institutions. This communication involves sharing only the information required to complete the transaction — typically the vehicle specification, your geographic area, and desired pricing terms. We do not share your personal contact information with dealers without your explicit consent.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website and process transactions, including form submission handling and payment processing for fee collection. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not authorized to use your information for any other purpose.
Information We Collect
When you submit an intake form or contact us through getnegotiated.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, purchase timeline, and any other information you choose to share. We do not collect payment information through this website — all financial transactions are handled through secure third-party payment processors.
We also collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, which is used solely for site security and performance analysis.
Nevada Privacy Rights

Security
