Flat fee. No surprises.
No dealer commission.
Our pricing is transparent and fixed. You know the cost before you engage. We earn nothing from dealers, manufacturers, or lenders — our compensation is exclusively your fee.
Full Purchase Concierge
Complete deal management from first contact to signed contract. We negotiate your vehicle price remotely across multiple dealers, verify your financing rate, and review every line of your contract before you sign.
Price Negotiation Only
Remote dealer negotiation to secure the best out-the-door price on a specific vehicle. F&I contract review is not included — this is purely the negotiation engagement.
Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation
A focused briefing before you enter the finance office. We walk you through every product you will be offered, what each is worth, which have genuine value for your specific situation, and exactly how to respond when the F&I manager pushes back.
F&I Audit (Post-Purchase)
A complete review of your signed finance contract and F&I product disclosures. We identify what you bought, what it cost, what each product is actually worth, and which products are cancellable for a prorated refund.
Payment Methods
We accept all standard payment methods.
Payment is due at engagement, before the negotiation begins. We do not begin dealer outreach until the engagement is confirmed and payment is received.
Engagement Protections
Refundable until we deliver.
All fees shall remain fully refundable up to a defined, service-specific point. Pursuant to the Client Service Agreement (CSA):
In an active Concierge or Negotiation engagement, if the vehicle becomes unavailable (sold to another buyer, dealer withdrawal, damage prior to purchase), you may either:
- Substitute a comparable vehicle of the same year, make, model, and general trim level, and continue the engagement under existing terms, or
- Terminate and receive a full refund of the negotiation component of the fee.
If you don't choose within five business days of our notice, the engagement is deemed terminated and the negotiation component of the fee is refunded in full.
Savings Estimator
How Much Could You Save?
The APR component is the difference in total payments between the base APR and marked-up APR using standard monthly amortization. F&I and vehicle-price components are capped scenario assumptions, not observed charges or booked dealer profit. Vehicle price negotiation gap represents the average delta between unrepresented retail buyers and prepared buyers using wholesale cost data with multi-dealer competitive leverage — estimated at 5% of vehicle price based on industry composite data. Actual savings vary by transaction.
Disclaimer: These estimates are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee specific savings on any individual transaction. Outputs are scenarios, not quotes, appraisals, predictions of dealer profit, or guarantees that Negotiated will achieve the modeled difference. Actual rates, products, pricing, taxes, fees, and savings vary by lender, dealer, vehicle, credit profile, and jurisdiction. Negotiated LLC is not a lender, dealer, or financial advisor.
