Engagement Protections

Refundable until we start working for you.

All fees shall remain fully refundable up to a defined, service-specific point. Pursuant to the Client Service Agreement (CSA):

Full Purchase Concierge — $1,000
Fully refundable until we make first contact with a dealer on your behalf.
Price Negotiation Only — $750
Fully refundable until we make first contact with a dealer on your behalf.
Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation — $500
Fully refundable until the scheduled consultation session begins.
F&I Audit — $250
Fully refundable until we begin substantive review of your finance contract — defined in the agreement as providing written or verbal analysis of any specific term or product.
If the vehicle becomes unavailable mid-engagement

In an active Concierge or Negotiation engagement, if the vehicle becomes unavailable (sold to another buyer, dealer withdrawal, damage prior to purchase), you may either:

  • Substitute a comparable vehicle of the same year, make, model, and general trim level, and continue the engagement under existing terms, or
  • Terminate and receive a full refund of the negotiation component of the fee.

If you don't choose within five business days of our notice, the engagement is deemed terminated and the negotiation component of the fee is refunded in full.

How We Calculated This

Dealer reserve is calculated as the interest differential from the rate markup over the loan term. F&I product markups reflect conservative industry composite data (NADA). Vehicle price negotiation gap represents the average delta between unrepresented retail buyers and prepared buyers using wholesale cost data with multi-dealer competitive leverage — estimated at 5% of vehicle price based on industry composite data. Actual savings vary by transaction.

Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions.

Is there a contingency fee on top of the flat fee?

No. Our compensation is the flat advisory fee only. We do not charge a percentage of your savings, accept dealer referral payments, or take any financial interest in the transaction beyond the stated fee.

What if I don't end up buying the car?

Refundability depends on which service and how far the engagement has progressed — see the Engagement Protections section above for the per-service trigger. If the vehicle in an active Concierge or Negotiation engagement becomes unavailable (sold to another buyer, dealer withdrawal, damage prior to purchase), you can either substitute a comparable vehicle of the same year, make, model, and general trim level and continue under existing terms, or terminate and receive a full refund of the negotiation component of the fee. If you don't choose within five business days, the engagement is deemed terminated and the refund is issued automatically.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. We accept ACH, credit card, check, and Zelle. Payment is due at engagement — before the negotiation begins.

Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?

For clients purchasing multiple vehicles or referring others, contact us directly. Volume and referral arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Why is the F&I Audit priced separately from the Concierge?

The Full Purchase Concierge includes the F&I review as part of the complete engagement. The F&I Audit is a standalone product for buyers who have already completed their purchase — it involves different work, different documentation, and a different deliverable.

What is Transport Coordination?

We coordinate the entire vehicle transport process — sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, verifying insurance, and managing pickup and delivery logistics. This is an optional $250 add-on available with our services. It is not required — clients are always free to arrange their own pickup or transport.
