Our Approach to Refunds

Every Negotiated engagement is a flat fee, paid before work begins — and every fee remains fully refundable until a defined, service-specific point. That point is different for each service, because each service commits our time in a different way. The per-service triggers are set out below.

Once a service passes its trigger, the applicable fee becomes non-refundable. Each threshold represents the point at which we have committed time and opportunity cost specifically to that service component. Where you have selected multiple services, each service fee is governed independently by its own refund terms — one service passing its trigger does not affect the refundability of another.

Full Purchase Concierge — $1,000

The Full Purchase Concierge fee is contingent in its entirety on the completion of your vehicle transaction. We earn the fee only when you take delivery of a vehicle under an executed purchase or lease agreement for a vehicle that was the subject of the engagement — including any substitute vehicle you accept.

Until that happens, the fee remains fully refundable, and either you or we may end the engagement with written notice for a full refund. Without limiting that general rule, you are entitled to a full refund if:

• We are unable to locate a vehicle meeting your stated requirements
• We are unable to negotiate transaction terms acceptable to you
• The vehicle becomes unavailable before your purchase is completed and you elect not to substitute a comparable vehicle
• You decide, for any reason, to discontinue the engagement before taking delivery

Price Negotiation Only — $750

The Price Negotiation Only fee is refundable in full until we make first contact with a dealer on your behalf for your specific vehicle engagement — the Client Service Agreement calls this Active Negotiation Commencement.

Once dealer outreach has begun, the negotiation component of the fee is non-refundable, with one exception: if the vehicle becomes unavailable during the engagement, the vehicle-unavailability terms described below apply.

Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation — $500

The Pre-Purchase F&I Consultation fee is refundable in full until your scheduled consultation session begins. Once the session has commenced, the fee is non-refundable.

F&I Audit (Post-Purchase) — $250

The F&I Audit fee is refundable in full until we begin substantive review of your finance contract documents — defined as providing written or verbal analysis of any specific term or product in your contract. Once that review has begun, the fee is non-refundable.

If Your Vehicle Becomes Unavailable

If the specific vehicle in an active Price Negotiation Only or Full Purchase Concierge engagement becomes unavailable — sold to another buyer, withdrawn by the dealer, or damaged before your purchase — we will notify you promptly. You may then either:

• Substitute a comparable vehicle of the same year, make, model, and general trim level, and continue the engagement under the existing terms, or
• Terminate the engagement

You are never obligated to accept a substitute vehicle. If you terminate, the refund is issued as follows: for Full Purchase Concierge engagements, the full service fee is refunded under the completion-contingent terms above; for Price Negotiation Only engagements, the negotiation component of the fee is refunded in full. If you do not make an election within five business days of our notice, the engagement is deemed terminated and the applicable refund is issued.
